Three ways to work with us.

Most clients start fixed-price for a first project, then move to a dedicated team once the relationship proves out. Neither path is required.

Questions we get before anyone signs

How fast can we start?

Most engagements begin two to three weeks after a signed agreement, once we've confirmed the right engineers are free. Urgent situations can sometimes move faster; ask us directly.

Do you work alongside our in-house team, or only end to end?

Both. About half our engagements embed alongside an existing engineering team rather than replacing one. We adapt to whatever structure already works for you.

What happens if we need to change scope mid-project?

On fixed-price work, we quote the change separately so the original timeline stays honest. On dedicated-team and retainer engagements, re-prioritization is expected and included.

Do you sign NDAs and handle IP transfer?

Yes, standard practice for every engagement. You own all code and design assets outright once final payment clears.

What's the minimum engagement size?

We generally don't take fixed-price projects under $25,000 or retainers under 10 hours a month. Below that, the overhead of doing it well outweighs the value to you.

Do you offer support after launch?

Every engagement includes a support window, typically 3 to 12 months depending on the model. Most clients extend it into an ongoing retainer.

Not sure which model fits your project?

Tell us the scope and budget range. We'll recommend the structure that makes sense, even if it isn't with us.
